The kid came to the appointment already negatively affected from previous painful experiences with other doctors and Dr. Yukti managed to turn around the whole emotional experience for my daughter and complete the procedure successfully. Great approach with kids

She is very kind person. However, she could not manage the time with angry patients..instead of keeping him waiting until I finished as he is already came late.. she lied on me ..she said wait 2 minutes i will apply medicine..then she disappeared for 15 minutes..when I left ..i saw her in other room treating the angry patient
